Revver is back

Some of you may have noticed that all of the videos from Revver were temporarily unviewable yesterday. This had nothing to do with ToonTube. It was a problem with the Revver's video serving, which was down for extended period yesterday. I believe it was for a number of hours, possibly as many as 8.
Anyway, the good news is that Revver video serving is operational once more (as are the Revver sites, which were also down). I'm hoping the problem will not recur :)

Er ... back down again, maybe I should say. I'd start a new message, but if I did that every time Revver went down and/or came back online lately, it would crowd out all of are other messages :(
They had planned scheduled down time for Wednesday night, but does not seem to have happened. I'm hoping that this down time is that planned outage running late and that their techs are fixing things so that Revver will be more resistant to going down in the future.

2/6/2009: Just a brief update, Revver had a horribly long outage which started sometime on Thursday, January 29 and ended sometime on Monday, February 2. It's been pretty stable since. I hope the worst is over, but no guarantees :)
